It's not bad to be confident, it's all about how much grace you have. Confidence without grace is just plain rude and it turns people off and limits your opportunities. This was something that I learned the hard way. I had many influential people that showed confidence in tough ways. But as I got older, wiser and deeper in my faith I learned better approaches to show confidence. Here are some great insights on gracious confidence.
